You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update it if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one GG PH Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. GG PH employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, GG PH reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
GG PH is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before allowing continued gameplay. You agree to provide any documents requested by GG PH for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. GG PH will never ask for your password. GG PH uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. GG PH does not guarantee any particular outcome or return-to-player percentage for any individual session. All wagers are final once confirmed. GG PH reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, GG PH will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, GG PH may void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Account balance.

GG PH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GG PH Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to GG PH's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
